Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: In this wine we can see a purple hue of great intensity, with violet hues that note youth. Long and abundant legs that indicate a good density and alcohol generosity. A clean, sharp, and brilliant wine.
On the nose: In this wine we can find and gamut of intense and complex aromas con fruity notes of plums, licorice, caramel, and subtle notes of wood that harmonizes with the rest of the aromas.
On the mouth: We perceive to the palate a wine of great intensity, robust with very good body and personality. Taste is dry, long finish, marked tannins with balance.
Pairing: We recommend this wine with cuts of meat, pork, lamb.
With Mexican gastronomy, it would pair great with a chamorro de lamb.
