On the eyes: Rosé wine with medium intensity, rose-salmon color with orange hues that show maturity. Clean, clear, and bright which indicate a healthy wine, with medium density and reflect the levels of alcohol.
On the nose: Medium aromatic intensity, studded with a fruity character, and delicate florals. Notes of peach, cantaloupe, strawberries and rose petals linger. Elegant, simple and delicate harmony.
On the mouth: Medium body with balanced acidity, with medium-long lasting, dry finish. Aftertaste confirms the presence of peach, cantaloupe and strawberry.
Pairing: Suggested for dishes like paella, cochinita pibil and pescado zarandeado. With Mexican cuisine, its recommended with chiles rellenos or Chiles en nogada.
