Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: In this wine we see a medium-high color intensity, cherry red, orange hues that indicate the maturity and evolution. Sharp, clean, bright, and overall well-rounded wine. High density that indicates the alcohol levels.

On the nose: Powerful and robust aroma, distinguished by fruit, new wood and mentholated scents. We can distinguish red fruits like, blackberries, currants, and raspberries

On the taste: Intense, dry, full bodied, with a long lasting tannic finish. Notes of wood, menthol and fruits. The acidity and alcohol, are balanced, creating a very elegant wine.

General Evaluation

This Grenache, Carignan and Tempranillo blend presents a wine of great expression. A lot of fruit, fine-wood, menthol touches, ideal for those who seek a fine wine.

 

Pairing
We recommend to pair this wine with game dishes, or pungent cheeses. Dishes with fruit sauces, like duck with cranberry or cassis. In Mexican cuisine we recommend a delicious barbacoa.

Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: Cherry red intensity with medium color, and orange hues that indicate maturity. Clean, clear, bright and well executed. High density that notes alcohols levels.

 

On the nose: Expressive and intriguing aromas that showcase fruits, wood and spices. The fruit notes are composed by cassis, plum and currant. The spice touches are highlighted with pepper and some clove. The wood rounds out the aroma giving it finesse and elegance.

 

On the mouth: Full body, dry taste, long finish with detailed tannins, and light acidity. Aftertaste notes fruit and spices, and a light touch of green pimento. An intense and expressive palate.

General Evaluation

A serious wine, elegant, ideal for fine palates. Ideal for for important events, where the quality of wine is important.

 

Pairing
We recommend to pair with flavor intense dishes like, quality beef cuts, spiced or smoked dishes, such as duck lasagna, cured hams and strong cheeses. With Mexican cuisine, rabbit mixiotes.

Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: Intense colors, red berries, and purple hues that indicate youth. Luminous, bright and attractive color. High density that notes the alcohol levels.

 

On the nose: We can smell elegant aromas, floral notes like gardenias, violets, and a touch of red fruit compote with eucalyptus notes.

 

On the mouth: Full body, tasteful acidity, nice dry and tannic finish. Red fruit compotes are present in the after taste, and is showcased as a fresh wine with an elegant expression.

General Evaluation

This is the ideal wine for those who seek different experiences, unique, with the desire to expand the palate.

Pairing
We recommend this wine with pastas with tomato sauces, adobada pork leg. Dishes with medium intensity, strong cheeses. In Mexican cuisine with a great mole.

On the eyes: In this wine we can see a purple hue of great intensity, with violet hues that note youth. Long and abundant legs that indicate a good density and alcohol generosity. A clean, sharp, and brilliant wine.

 

On the nose: In this wine we can find and gamut of intense and complex aromas con fruity notes of plums, licorice, caramel, and subtle notes of wood that harmonizes with the rest of the aromas.

 

On the mouth: We perceive to the palate a wine of great intensity, robust with very good body and personality. Taste is dry, long finish, marked tannins with balance.

Wine of great character and personality, for experienced palates who enjoy complex wines and harmony.

On the eyes: In this wine we can see a plum, redish color of good intensity, with violet nuances that denote youth. Legs are long and thick that indicate good density and good generosity of alcohol. Wine is clean, crisp and bright that indicates a healthy wine, well achieved and of quality.

 

On the nose: In this wine we can find high expressions aromas with marked fruity notes of plums, licorice, blueberries, toasted notes of barrel and tobacco. It is an elegant and sophisticated aroma.

 

On the mouth: We perceive to the palate a wine of great power, good body, robust and with great personality. Dry taste, long stay and tannins, with balance.

This is a complex wine of great character and personality, ideal for the most demanding palates that enjoy expressive and harmonic wines.

Pairing
We recommend this wine with cuts of meat, lamb, venison, lamb, dishes of good power. In Mexican gastronomy, suckling pig ‘al ataúd’ or ‘borrego a la vuelta y vuelta’ will pair well.
