Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: White wine with medium intensity, straw yellow and green hues, which note youth. Clean, clear, and bright that show a healthy wine, and medium-high density that the showcase alcohol content.

 

On the nose: Medium aromatic intensity, fruity character with green apple and citric notes like grapefruit with light herbaceous touches. Clean aroma with a friendly presence of alcohol.

 

On the mouth: Medium touch, very fresh, good acidity, dry taste, medium-long lasting finish, and a citric and green apple aftertaste.

General Evaluation

Casual, friendly, an easy to drink wine that note freshness ideal for hot days.

 

Pairing

Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: Rosé wine with medium intensity, rose-salmon color with orange hues that show maturity. Clean, clear, and bright which indicate a healthy wine, with medium density and reflect the levels of alcohol.

 

On the nose: Medium aromatic intensity, studded with a fruity character, and delicate florals. Notes of peach, cantaloupe, strawberries and rose petals linger. Elegant, simple and delicate harmony.

 

On the mouth: Medium body with balanced acidity, with medium-long lasting, dry finish. Aftertaste confirms the presence of peach, cantaloupe and strawberry.

General Evalution

Friendly, simple, easy-to-drink. Ideal for casual summer gatherings with friends and family.
