Organoleptic Examination

On the eyes: Intense colors, red berries, and purple hues that indicate youth. Luminous, bright and attractive color. High density that notes the alcohol levels.
On the nose: We can smell elegant aromas, floral notes like gardenias, violets, and a touch of red fruit compote with eucalyptus notes.
On the mouth: Full body, tasteful acidity, nice dry and tannic finish. Red fruit compotes are present in the after taste, and is showcased as a fresh wine with an elegant expression.
Pairing: We recommend this wine with pastas with tomato sauces, adobada pork leg. Dishes with medium intensity, strong cheeses. In Mexican cuisine with a great mole.
